Ingress: We help organizations manage risks and reputational damage while promoting responsibility through a regularly security-tested, fully anonymous, and accessible whistleblowing software. Our software complies with GDPR and the NIS2 cybersecurity directive, exceeding the requirements of the EU Whistleblower Directive in a cost-efficient way that saves organizations time and effort, with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

The national implementation of the EU Whistleblower Directive came into effect in Poland on September 25, 2024. Organizations with over 50 employees are required to set up an internal whistleblowing channel, allowing employees, shareholders, stakeholders, interns, and former employees to safely report instances of EU law violations or unethical practices that go against the organization’s values. The anonymous system does not use cookies or track IP addresses, offering whistleblowers protection against retaliation in addition to the legal safeguards. Beyond the whistleblower, those under investigation must also be protected. The system includes mechanisms to prevent internal misuse and provides a complete audit trail. Reports can be highly sensitive, and if disclosed, could cause severe reputational and financial harm, making the choice of a secure system strongly recommended.

Our story: Our journey began in 2019 when we familiarized ourselves with the upcoming EU Whistleblower Directive and the whistleblowing systems available on the Finnish and European markets at the time. These solutions were often cumbersome in terms of usability and pricing, likely designed for the needs of large organizations, such as publicly traded companies and global corporations, which had already been using such systems for some time. We realized we could provide a much better solution, especially for smaller organizations that likely didn’t want to invest significant time, effort, and money in what was seen as a "necessary evil."

Since 2020, we have been developing our whistleblowing software in collaboration with our customers, focusing on strong security and ease of use. In Finland, ensuring compliance without compromising quality is a standard practice. Over the years, our software has been validated by thousands of users across hundreds of Finnish and Nordic organizations. Now, we are eager to assist Polish companies in fostering a culture of ethical conduct and responsible business practices through our highly secure, thoroughly tested whistleblowing software. Promoting responsibility not only gives companies a competitive edge, helping attract and retain top talent, but it will also be essential for business continuity in the near future. ESG and CSRD extend responsibility obligations to smaller organizations that operate as service providers within the value chains of large corporations.

Our system meets and even exceeds the requirements of the EU Directive and GDPR, enabling organizations to operate in line with social responsibility and good governance principles. It offers full anonymity and follows best practices in data security, all while being cost-effective for organizations of any size.

The implementation of our software is free, and we provide materials in Polish for data protection impact assessments and staff training, with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. The setup can be completed in under 15 minutes, and we offer full customer support in Polish.
