With an impressive career spanning over 25 years, Agnieszka has emerged as a leader and catalyst for transformative change, with a recent focus on the critical realm of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). Boasting a versatile background that seamlessly intertwines ESG, finance, HR, and operations, Agnieszka has consistently driven change and cultivated growth throughout her professional journey.

Her impactful contributions have left an lasting mark on renowned organizations, including Skanska, WABCO, HP, Google, and Olympus. This breadth of experience extends across diverse industries such as automotive, construction, IT, med tech, and high tech. Agnieszka is recognized for her specialization in ESG, as well as for transformative initiatives, spearheaded change management efforts, and adeptly managed large-scale operations.

As a dedicated industry advocate, Agnieszka has played a pivotal role in the development of the Association of Business Services Leaders in Poland (ABSL). Serving as a Chapter Lead, she has actively contributed to the Strategic Board, assuming the lead role in the ESG domain since 2021.

She has graduated from the University of Economics in Wroclaw. Her commitment to sustainability is underscored by her certification as a Certified Sustainability Reporting Manager (CSRM™) and her proficiency as a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Rafał Wiatr

Legal Counsel with over 20 years of professional experience. Actively supports entrepreneurs in the legal aspects of ESG regulations, especially in social issues, corporate governance and compliance. He helps to implement ESG standards and requirements, including HR, payroll policies, anti-mobbing and anti-discrimination policies. He supports new initiatives and investments in terms of building them in accordance with ESG standards. He is a member of Supervisory Boards in several trading companies. In 2012, he won the title of Forbes Professional in the category of LEGAL COUNSEL in Lower Silesia. This title is awarded to legal counsels who are extremely involved in life of their community and work for the common good. From 2021, Legal Partner of the ABSL association, as part of the cooperation, preparing numerous training courses and webinars in the field of: ESG strategy, whistleblower protection, Polish Order, Mentoring Talks, the latest changes in the Labor Code, employee outsourcing, etc.

As the Managing Partner at the Wiatr i Partnerzy Law Firm, he attaches particular importance to the ESG strategy and implements it in the law firm. He actively participates in ESG projects, including participation in the Helping Hand discussion panel. In addition to his business activities, he is also an active Mediator appointed by the Chamber of Commerce for the Gas Industry to the largest-ever above-mentioned Chamber’s case. He was a Mediator in a dispute between one of the GK PGNIG S.A. group companies and the general contractor of the gas pipeline. The dispute concerned timeliness and the calculation of contractual penalties. Thanks to the involvement and efficient mediation process conducted by Legal Counsel Rafał Wiatr, the parties reached a compromise and then concluded a settlement, which was approved by the common court.

He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. Between years 2000 and 2007 he was a researcher at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław.

Daniel Wocial

C-level professional with extensive experience in transforming business operations, HR functions and organizations on global and regional levels, across a variety of companies including prominent ones like The Adecco Group, Mercer, Marsh, AXA Direct, HP, and T-Mobile.

Currently, as an entrepreneur and Managing Partner of Helprise.eu, Daniel advocates for flexible workforce strategies and modern talent solutions with respect to sustainable business principles and ESG agenda. In addition to his business pursuits, Daniel actively contributes to academia and research. He is a member of the Stakeholders Committee of the University of Warsaw (Faculty of Political Science and International Studies) and also serves as a researcher and lecturer at the subject of Organization of the Labor Market, with a focus on macro-economic and social aspects of the labor market in Poland and the EU region.

Daniel holds a post-graduate degree in Financial Management from a Canadian EMBA from the University of Quebec, in Insurance from the Academy of Finance in Warsaw, and a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw.

Kazik Anhalt

Kazik Anhalt has over 20 years of experience in the European Union policies, strategies, initiatives and financial instruments related to entrepreneurship and innovation. Kazik served as a Member of National Consultative Panel of Future Ireland under National Economic and Social Development Office, at the request of the Department of the Prime Minister of Republic of Ireland. Project examined the challenge of enhancing Ireland’s ability to innovate, learn from experiments and pilot initiatives, and turn learning into continuous improvement.

He also led a subgroup on Open Science/Innovation at Community of Practice to co-create a code of practice for the smart use of Intellectual Property (IP) at European Commission's Directorate-General for Research and Innovation that is responsible for EU policy on research, science and innovation.

Kazik has also diversified experience of work for both start-ups and large multinational HSBC where he was responsible for data innovation architecture and fintech relationships. His interest covers the European Union initiatives towards creation of regulatory and business landscape for introduction of new products and services within common data spaces framework.

He is consultant to the EU- supported, rocket-science infrastructural project of Einstein Telescope that is a part of EFSRI Roadmap where he advises on business architecture for innovation procurement in close collaboration with multinational software companies.

Originally Kazik expertizes in ESG in context of corporate governance including its culture, strategy, value chain and onboarding process for innovative service and product providers (start-ups and science). Voluntary he is President of football club- KS Start Łeba.

Daniel Wocial

Piotr is a business psychologist with over 25 years of experience in providing services to the corporate market at both local and regional levels. As a consultant and partner, he supports business development primarily in the areas of HR strategy, R&D, and modern solutions incorporating ESG and CSR principles. He has served as an interim manager, trainer, and advisor for clients including: Coca Cola, McDonald’s, Danone, Colgate, Nestle, Roche, Pierre Fabre, Novartis, Adamed, MSD, Sanofi Aventis, McKinsey, BCG, CD Projekt, Inditex, IKEA, and many others.

Piotr collaborates closely with the science and startup sectors, notably as an Innovation Broker for SWPS University. He has supported the creation of commercial solutions for the market by building strategies and developing networks with the market. He is a co-founder and served as the president of the spin-off company RESQL, offering modern scientific solutions dedicated to anti-bullying in schools.. Currently, he implements this scientific solution and others, adapting them to the ESG needs of business clients. He actively participates in projects of the Academy of Positive Impact (B Corp certifications) at Kozminski University.

He holds a Masters degree in Business Psychology from the University of Warsaw and studied Marketing at the Częstochowa University of Technology. Piotr is also a lecturer in the fields of the Labor Market Organization.
