  •  General Provisions

    These regulations define the rules for participation in the ESG Institute Collaboration Hub community (hereinafter: the “Community”), managed by ESG Institute, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.

    The goal of the Community is to create a space for the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and collaboration in the areas of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), through forums, online/offline meetings, educational materials, and shared initiatives.

     Joining the Community signifies acceptance of these regulations.

  • Membership and Joining Rules

    The Community is open to individuals and representatives of organizations interested in ESG topics.

    Joining the Community occurs by:

    filling out the online application form,

    accepting the regulations and privacy policy,

    paying the membership fee.

    The Organizer reserves the right to reject an application without providing a reason, especially in cases of suspected actions contrary to the values of the Community.

  • Fees and Membership

    The Community may operate on the following basis:

    free access, by invitation from the Organizer,

    subscription,

    The amount and rules of fees will be specified on the registration page or in a separate price list and may change. Members will be informed of changes at least 14 days in advance.

    Failure to pay the fee on time may result in restricted access to the Community’s resources or account deletion.

  • Personal Data Protection

    The administrator of the personal data of Community members is ESG Institute limited liability company based in Warsaw, at Rondo Organizacji Narodów Zjednoczonych 1 / Floor 10, 00-124 Warsaw, with NIP number: 5252970752,

    Personal data is processed for the purpose of:

    enabling participation in the Community,

    organizing events, webinars, and training,

    communication and providing educational and informational content,

    fulfilling legal obligations (e.g., accounting in the case of payments).

    Members have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, and transfer their data.

  • Rules for Using the Community

    Each member is obliged to adhere to ethical principles, respect other participants, and avoid actions contrary to ESG values.

    The following is prohibited:

    spreading hateful, misleading, or commercial content (except in agreed cases),

    acting to the detriment of the Community or its members,

    copying or disseminating materials without the consent of the author or the Organizer.

    Violation of the rules may result in:

    a warning,

    temporary suspension,

    removal from the Community without refund of fees.

  • Resignation and Termination of Membership

    A member of the Community may resign from participation at any time by sending a message to: [email].

    In the case of paid membership, resignation during the paid period does not result in a refund unless otherwise agreed.

  • Final Provisions

    The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations. Members will be informed of significant changes via email or through an announcement on the platform.

    The regulations come into effect on the day of publication on the Community's website.
