The mission of ESG Institute is to "Create a fully sustainable future, today" by inspiring, educating and supporting companies, communities and other stakeholders in building a better future.
The ESG Institute team consists of experienced experts specializing in all areas of ESG – from building ESG strategies, through reporting, to dedicated support in achieving specific goals.

Agnieszka Orłowska
Managing Director
Agnieszka boasts an impressive career spanning over 25 years, emerging as a leader and catalyst for transformative change with a distinct focus on the pivotal field of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
With a versatile background seamlessly integrating ESG, finance, HR, and operations, Agnieszka has consistently driven change and supported growth throughout her professional journey. Her work has left a lasting impact on renowned organizations, including Skanska, WABCO, HP, Google, and Olympus. This experience spans diverse industries such as automotive, construction, IT, med tech, and high tech.
Agnieszka is recognized as an ESG specialist and a transformative leader, managing large-scale operations. As a committed advocate for the business services sector, she played a key role in the development of the ABSL Association. Since 2021, she has been responsible for the ESG area within the ABSL Strategic Council.
She graduated from the Wrocław University of Economics. Her dedication to sustainable development is underscored by her certification as a Certified Sustainability Reporting Manager (CSRM™) and her expertise as a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Rafał Wiatr
Expert Partner
A legal counsel with over 20 years of professional experience, actively supporting entrepreneurs in the legal aspects of ESG regulations, particularly in the areas of social issues, corporate governance, and compliance. He assists in implementing ESG standards and requirements, including HR policies, payroll, anti-bullying, and anti-discrimination policies. He also advises on new initiatives and investments to align them with ESG standards.
He is a member of supervisory boards in several commercial companies. In 2012, he received the Forbes Professional title in the LEGAL COUNSEL category in Lower Silesia. Since 2021, he has been the Legal Partner of the ABSL Association, preparing numerous trainings and webinars in the areas of ESG strategy, whistleblower protection, the Polish New Deal, Mentoring Conversations, the latest changes in the Labor Code, employee outsourcing, and more.
As the Managing Partner at Wiatr & Partners Law Firm, he places particular emphasis on ESG strategy and implements it within the firm. He actively participates in ESG projects, including the discussion panel of the Helping Hand Foundation. Apart from his business activities, he is also an active Mediator appointed by the Chamber of Commerce for the Gas Industry to handle the largest case in the history of the Chamber.
He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics at the University of Wrocław. From 2000 to 2007, he was a researcher at the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics at the University of Wrocław.
Kazik Anhalt
Expert Partner
Kazik Anhalt has over 20 years of experience in European Union policies, strategies, initiatives, and financial instruments related to entrepreneurship and innovation. He was a member of the National Advisory Panel for Future Ireland within the National Economic and Social Development Office, appointed by the Department of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Ireland. He led the Open Science/Innovation subgroup within the Community of Practice to co-create a code of conduct for smart use of intellectual property (IP) under the Directorate-General for Research and Innovation of the European Commission, responsible for the EU’s research, science, and innovation policy.
Kazik also has diverse experience working for both startups and the large international bank HSBC, where he was responsible for data innovation architecture and fintech relations. His interests include EU initiatives aimed at creating a regulatory and business environment for the introduction of new products and services within common data spaces. He is a consultant for the EU-supported Einstein Telescope scientific infrastructure project, part of the EFSRI roadmap, where he advises on business architecture for innovative procurement in close cooperation with international software companies.
Kazik specializes in ESG in the context of corporate governance, including its culture, strategy, value chain, and the process of implementing innovative service and product providers. As a volunteer, he serves as the president of the football club KS Start Łeba.
Michał Prorok
ESG Program Manager
An experienced manager with a background in linguistics and culture.
He has over 9 years of management experience in roles such as Project, Delivery, Portfolio, Account, Line, Resource Manager, Business Analyst, and Product Owner, primarily in the IT industry. With a broad perspective on various management aspects, he is adept at analyzing situations from multiple angles. Constantly seeking challenges, he strives to simplify work for those around him through clear, direct communication and building trust.
As a neurodivergent individual, he actively promotes diversity, inclusion, and a personalized approach — both to achieve optimal results and to foster a comfortable work environment. Beyond his role as a Project and Programme Manager in the ESG domain, he also works as a coach, mentor, speaker, and interim manager.
For the past 7 years, he has been associated with PMI Poland Chapter, where he has served as Managing Director of the Wrocław Branch, Board Member for Events, and Board Member for IT. During his tenure at PMI PC, he established the Management360 conference in Wrocław and PMIthon — a hackathon-style event for project management professionals.
Michał is an Ambassador of DTMethod and the Culture, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Ambassador for Europe on behalf of the Project Management Institute.
Anna Barbaruk
Project Manager
An experienced leader and consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in Polish and international corporations, including PZU, Hewlett Packard, EY, and Infosys.
She specializes in finance, accounting, and business transformation. A member of CIMA, the prestigious organization of management accounting experts. A sustainability enthusiast, she holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Protection as well as an MBA from the Wrocław University of Economics. She also completed postgraduate studies in Environmental Protection Law and obtained certifications in the ESG field.
She is the author of numerous publications and a speaker at ESG-themed conferences. She was the initiator and long-time leader of the CSR Environment group at EY, carrying out various initiatives aimed at increasing employee awareness and engagement in reducing the negative environmental impact of the organization. Additionally, she co-created ESG-themed webinars for Infosys employees.
Dr Ewelina Siama
Expert Partner
An expert in management system design with over 15 years of professional experience.
Throughout her career, she has managed 350 optimization projects and implemented process management for 6,000 business processes. She has collaborated with more than 20 companies across various industries, including energy, banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, retail, medical device manufacturing, IT, investment, as well as universities, foundations, and public organizations. She has delivered effective operational efficiency solutions while identifying multimillion-dollar savings.
She is the creator of four proprietary MBA programs: MBA Change Management, MBA RPA (Robotic Process Automation), MBA Business Process Automation, and MBA Decarbonization, successfully launched at the Vistula Group’s Wrocław Business Academy of Applied Sciences. For many years, she has lectured on topics such as process management, management system design, negotiation, continuous improvement methods and tools, change management, and project management. She completed her doctoral studies at the Wrocław University of Economics, earning a PhD in Economics in 2014.
As the founder and owner of YDAY, she specializes in implementing process management, executing optimization projects, and supporting companies in their efforts toward sustainable development and compliance with international standards.
Dr Beata Latos
Project Manager
Beata Latos, Ph.D., is an expert in climatology, meteorology, and climate dynamics and change. In 2024, she was recognized as one of the top ten women in Data Science in Poland and received the prestigious Foundation for Polish Science scholarship for the top 100 scientists under 30.
Beata has participated in five international measurement campaigns, led her own research grants for the past nine years, spent thousands of hours analyzing environmental data, and visited 12 countries conducting research and delivering lectures across Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia.
At the ESG Institute, Beata brings extensive expertise in climate adaptation strategies, decarbonization plans, and environmental impact assessments, including offset proposals. She specializes in calculating carbon footprints for organizations and products, conducting ESG audits with a focus on the environmental component, and serving as a climate expert in training programs.
Her analytical skills include advanced statistical methods and artificial intelligence techniques, enabling effective analysis of complex data sets and data-driven decision-making support. Dr. Latos is also an active member of the international scientific community, contributing global perspectives and best practices to the ESG Institute.
Marta Grzybowska
Expert Partner
A sustainability specialist with many years of experience working in the environmental NGO sector. She is the creator and initiator of projects such as the sustainable food systems program at WWF Poland and the first Polish Coalition for Sustainable Palm Oil, bringing together retail chains and producers.
She holds a degree in interdisciplinary philological and cultural studies in Romance, English, and Iberian studies from the University of Warsaw, as well as postgraduate studies in Environmental Protection at the Faculty of Biology at UW and ESG Manager, Sustainable Development in Business at Civitas University.
She is the author of numerous articles on circular economy, food waste reduction, palm oil certification, and planetary diets. She is also actively involved in education on ecology, recently conducting a series of workshops titled “Ecology = Economy. Ecological Transformation. Smart Community” for the Ukrainka Foundation in Poland.
Dariusz Postument
Junior ESG Specialist
Dariusz represents Generation Z, bringing a fresh perspective to non-financial reporting and sustainability. As a Junior ESG Specialist, he focuses on analyzing data related to the impact of companies on the environment, society, and corporate governance, combining financial expertise with emerging trends in ESG reporting.
He is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics, where he completed a master’s degree in Accounting and Controlling. His master’s thesis focused on the measurement and reporting of non-financial performance in Polish and Italian companies, reinforcing his passion for corporate transparency and sustainable development.
He gained experience at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, where he analyzed issuers' reports for regulatory compliance. A year and a half spent in Italy as part of the Erasmus program allowed him to broaden his horizons and acquire valuable intercultural skills.
His main areas of expertise include ESG reporting, non-financial data analysis, and compliance in the field of sustainable development.
