DEI Team

DEI Team Foundation is an organization that supports the transformation of corporate culture by practically implementing the principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Through conferences, consulting, training, and strategic support, the Foundation helps companies — from startups to large corporations. It works towards sustainable development, relying on data analysis, policy creation, and long-term organizational culture pillars. A key value for the DEI Team Foundation is a shared vision of open dialogue, the exchange of experiences, and driving change in the employer ecosystem in Poland and beyond its borders.

POPON

Polska Organizacja Pracodawców Osób Niepełnosprawnych (POPON) is the largest employers’ association for companies employing people with disabilities, operating since 1995. The organization supports employers through consulting, training, and free job placement services for people with disabilities. It represents their interests at the legislative level and strives to create a transparent and effective system for employing people with disabilities.

POPON promotes inclusivity, diversity, and sustainable development as key elements of ESG strategies, inspiring employers to implement responsible solutions and eliminate barriers in the labor market. It is the initiator and co-organizer of the Lodołamacze competition, which has been promoting socially responsible employers since 2006.

Polski Fundusz Rozwoju

Polski Fundusz Rozwoju supports companies in implementing ESG through the "ESG Start for Companies" program. This initiative combines an ESG readiness assessment with comprehensive educational and advisory support – from a readiness test, through courses, webinars, and workshops, to access to practical tools. The program helps businesses consciously begin and advance their transformation toward responsible and sustainable growth.

Wielka Koalicja Przeciwko Hejtowi 

Wielka Koalicja Przeciwko Hejtowu comprises nine organizations working together to counter hate through education, physical activity, and building positive relationships. The "Stop Hate, Start Respect" campaign is a sports-educational challenge for schools and local communities. Through activity, knowledge, and fun, the Coalition's initiatives demonstrate how to cope with hate and how to support others.

Sieć Młodych Liderek

SML Foundation is a non-profit organization supporting the development of young girls — future leaders — through various projects. Its initiatives promote personal growth and intergenerational dialogue, fostering the exchange of experiences and building social connections. The foundation is committed to promoting social equality and sustainable development within the ESG framework.

Fundacja Rakiety

Rakiety Foundation provides support to individuals with cancer and their loved ones. It offers specialist assistance and education about the illness, helping to raise funds for treatment. The foundation also conducts workshops for companies, promoting social responsibility in the context of supporting employees battling illness.

Fundacja Bloompro

Bloompro Foundation supports children and youth during the challenging period of adolescence, developing their mental resilience. By organizing workshops and preventive programs, it equips them with skills to manage stress and build relationships. The mission is to reduce mental health issues, fostering community and well-being in line with ESG principles.

Cedepe

Cedepe Consulting supports companies in implementing ESG strategies by providing external expertise in HR, finance, and cybersecurity. Their experienced specialists help build a culture of diversity, implement equal pay policies, manage talent, and optimize HR processes. They assist in financial optimization, budgeting, and data preparation for ESG reporting. Additionally, they ensure regulatory compliance, streamline processes, and enhance cybersecurity.

e-Mission

e-Mission helps companies turn sustainability from a declaration into a real culture — through two artificial intelligence–powered products: an educational platform that builds awareness and an employee engagement platform that transforms knowledge into action.

Dharma

Dharma P.S.A. supports employee development through workshops on tolerance and mindfulness, promoting ESG and inclusivity. The company empowers women and fosters a sustainable work culture tailored to the needs of modern organizations.

Zonifero is a SaaS platform for workspace management, integrating building systems and providing solutions for hybrid work. It optimizes resources such as desks and parking spaces, enhancing efficiency and energy consumption.

Sophia Health

Sophia Health supports employee well-being through Health Days, the Health Barometer, and health education programs. The company promotes healthy habits, reduces absenteeism, and fosters an organizational culture aligned with ESG and DEI principles, offering preferential collaboration terms with the code "ESG Institute & Sophia Health."

Libra Partners

Libra Partners manufactures eco-friendly pallets from recycled materials, reducing CO2 emissions in supply chains. Movello supports companies' ESG strategies by promoting physical activity and CSR. The app engages employees in initiatives for local communities, enhancing the organization's image and contributing to positive social impact.

Coffeideas offers 15-minute meetings designed to enhance collaboration and engagement. Combining technology and values, the initiative promotes team interaction, breaks down barriers, and supports organizational culture by integrating internal activities with external stakeholders.

Signalink provides an application for anonymous reporting of legal violations, supporting transparency and whistleblower protection. The system ensures data security, timely communication, and regulatory compliance, promoting social responsibility within organizations.

Circulens creates Digital Product Passports, enabling the tracking of product lifecycles, including their sustainability and authenticity. The company is committed to reducing the carbon footprint of the industry, supporting global climate goals, and offering preferential collaboration terms.

Green0meter offers a platform for ESG reporting, providing carbon footprint calculations, reporting in accordance with CSRD, and preparing opinions for green bonds. It also deals with direct and indirect emissions, supporting companies' efforts towards sustainable development and effective environmental management.
